Complete upper abdominal should be elevated not just head.
Changes in the lifestyle
Try to lose some weight. Fat which builds around your neck and face area can cause a lot of pressure in your breathing passage.
And the air pressure causes vibration of these tissues.
If one gets rid of this extra fat then the airway can widen and thus lessen the snoring.
Stop smoking. Snoring can also be reduced if you stop smoking because smoking can reduce the amount of oxygen your lungs carry and make the situation worse.
Fight Allergies. Allergies can and blocked nasal passages can cause snoring too!
