“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be non the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two would figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor or to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner; every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.” ~ Edward Mandell House in a private meeting with Woodrow Wilson (President) [1913-1921]
In case you’re wondering if I pulled that from tinfoilhat.com, it came from Woodrow Wilson’s personal papers. This quote was found in a larger essay by Richard Schultz entitled Poetic Justice for an American Patriot and described by Doug Wead, former presidential adviser and historian, as “masterful”. I highly recommend you check it out.
It’s a little late to go charging Colonel House with high treason, of which he is most guilty on many, many levels. But it’s not too late to learn all you can about the schemes of these central planners, who they are today, and what they hope to accomplish. Readers of my blog should know by now that there is a tremendous, almost complete, overlap between defense contractor board members and executives and those of virtually every large corporation of every sector of the US economy. Some conservatives, with absolutely no basis in fact, trust that those planning our foreign policy are red-blooded patriotic Americans just like them. This leads to misplaced trust. If you want to find the source of a huge amount of corruption in this country, one only has to look behind the flag, as they figure that’s the last place conservatives will suspect wrongdoing. However, many unconnected military men have said that the Defense Department mainly exists to provide a source of revenue to “friends of the management“. Similarly, liberals have a misplaced sense that government, which they naively believe to be “of the people”, is a great way to distribute charity and social justice. Of course, they play right into the hands of Col. House, extolling how great it is that the government can “take care” of people. One might liken the situation to Hansel being “taken care of” by the witch, who was really just fattening him up for the kill. So we have two factions in America, both being played by the same planners in different ways. But like in a sick game of Mother May I, both are used to march us toward complete tyranny.
Some of you might have noticed I don’t have a lot of ”obama-this and obama-that” on my blog as I think that is about as useful as arguing with a suit on display at the mall. The man is paid to read a teleprompter, my concern, is who is writing the script for the teleprompter? These are the real enemies of the United States.
The solution lies into knowledge and exposure of these plans. Learn all you can about those in the last 100 years of American history who would covertly seek to undermine the Constitution in letter and in spirit. Put aside your party bias and think like an American. Don’t be manipulated by fear, as this is their chief sheeple prod. Know your rights and assert your rights. Judge a person by their actions and not their words. In short, it’s time to grow up and take responsibility for the true history of this nation and the birthright that is God-given to us.
“If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.”

Update: I’ve recently learned that the Col. Houses quotes’ authenticity may be in question. I found a citation for it in the book, Fruit from a Poisonous Tree, citing the personal papers of Woodrow Wilson as a source. However, as anyone who’s researched these types of papers know, they’re not always so organized and labeled. That’s why I so enjoy the work of Dr. Sutton who carefully labels the page number, the box of papers, or the specific cable number a quote was taken from. In the event that this quote is not authentic, the meaning is still the same. Collectivism is on the march and those who believe in individual liberty stand in its way. Whether the intentions of the original collectivists like Colonel House were innocent and Utopian or nefarious and tyrannical, the end result is a big mess.
Also, in searching through the online transcripts of Woodrow Wilson, I’ve found some even more interesting nuggets that may wind up percolating into a whole new series of posts. Like I didn’t have enough to do!

Good article, although I think political discourse in this country will never progress so long as we maintain the “us against them,” and political heroes and villains mentality.
The whole point of republican government, as articulated by the Founding Fathers, is that diversity in political thought is a welcomed thing. In fact, it’s essential in order to avoid the tyranny of the majority.
Politics is not about one side dominating the other, and subjugating their political “enemies” to their will. When you call the other side the “enemy,” and wish to make it so their voices are not heard, and no compromise is made to meet some of their needs, then you’re really advocating for a system that is little better than Nazi Germany or Stalin’s USSR.
They’re not trying to destroy America, nor are they trying to make the people their slaves. They’re trying to maintain their political careers, and many of them believe that what they’re doing is simply the right thing.
Isn’t that what you believe–that your ideology is the right thing? If anything is going to change, if government is going to function in any meaningful way, then you have to have rational discourse with your opposition. Do you really expect them to listen to you if you’re calling them America’s “enemies”?
Yes, these are exactly my points. For a long time, I was brainwashed into not listening to a word of what a liberal had to say to me. Why? Because I assumed that they were trying to brainwash ME and the way to prevent that was not to process what they were saying. For the record, I don’t believe that government can solve much of anything, but I do wish that I was more open-minded when they spoke of corporate corruption. I did not realize how much the government and these large corporations overlapped and interlocked, to the point of being fascist. Likewise, the liberal can’t hear the conservative tell them of government corruption, rationalizing that just the right program will fix it.
If conservatives and liberals would trade notes on what they see wrong in this country, then we might get somewhere, as the same names pop up over and over. Name-calling and belittlement is what keeps the corrupt elements out of the limelight and busy dismantling our nation.
I will agree that the lawmakers are just trying to hang on to their jobs by going along to get along. I do think that they rationalize and compartmentalize everything to avoid looking at the large picture that those of us out here in flyover country are witnessing. But I maintain that there are most certainly villains at work here, those described by Frederic C Howe as the monopolists who have “gone political” to make society work for them. The plan described by Col. House is monstrous in my opinion, to level of being demonic. I do believe that there is evil in the world, and it advances on the wings of ignorance.
Politics in America has gone wrong in so many ways, but I think they all revolve around two key problems, both of which boil down to partisanship: 1) the “Democrat vs. Republican” game has pitted neighbor against neighbor; and 2) we’ve lost our ability as freemen to be skeptical of those in power (because we’re only skeptical of the “other side”).
You, me, and my Democratic neighbor may see things a different way. We may even argue and debate. And that’s okay, we can work things out, we have to live together so nobody’s gonna bring a gun. But it’s different when it comes to government, isn’t it? They fight fully-armed, and won’t hesitate to kidnap you and throw you in a cage … for simply disobeying an arbitrary edict.
Just as it was with our forefathers, our own government is enemy #1. But it’s a lot easier to blame those damn Democrats, than it is to admit the folly of our civic religion.
I had heard that the quote could not be sourced, but regardless of that, progressives do not like personal liberty. It’s messy, everyone making their own decisions willy-nilly!
As to defense, there are foxes in every government hen house, not just defense, and there really are threats out there, so we’ve got to keep our heads screwed on straight even as we ferret out abuses.
Yes, the purpose of this post is to get us thinking about the larger movement of collectivism, which exists in both parties, apparently.
I’m more afraid of Washington DC than I am of “threats out there”. The folks in DC have the ability to SWAT team me to death like they did Marine Jose Guerna. Could foreigners do the same? Yeah, but the odds are that the corrupt, domestic government will get me is way more likely. Like everything in life, you got to prioritize. My priorities are most definitely not those the the upper eschelons of the federal government.

That is a whole lot to think about. Thanks.
