Lou222, you are so right. We can’t sit back and let them create their fabricated “wars” (war on women, war on gays, war on children, war on elderly) and just ignore the blatant lies they say. Our people need to defend themselves and be just as vocal as the left is. i am sick of hearing “Obama is a nice guy, but his policies are screwed up”…Obama is NOT a nice guy. The man terrifies me, and I am not so sure we will ever have another Presidential election, if he wins again. The Right has a habit of “turning the other cheek”, we need to have a more “an eye for an eye” approach with this election.

LD, it will go wherever corruption will take it. At this point, you just can’t be nice anymore. If the right has not realized that by now, it is a lost cause. There is no bi-partisan if the left is in power. It just doesn’t work that way, I am sorry to say.

Standard operating procedure, it would seem. Barack Obama has learned his lessons well.

You raise a good point about where he is at this point in the campaign. He may have thought he had it in the bag, but that is clearly not the case. One has to wonder where the campaign will go next.

This is the way it is played in Illinois. It is nothing unusual. He has hid the Chicago way of politics fairly well, but now he has to run all out with the election. I have a feeling that he is not in the place he thought he would be and they are having to scramble and start the attack sooner than they were planning. The problem is, you start attacking “big money” and there will be repercussions. It will not be an easy win for Obama this time, but we still need to not sit back thinking we are home free. We are NOT! I doubt any of us have ever witnessed the corruption that we are going to see this time.
