Cartoons for the politically inclined

A lot of serious topics have been discussed on Political Realities during the course of it’s existence. The Presidential elections, the economy, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and now the debate over health care reform. Maybe no one else gets to feeling this way, but I wonder sometimes if we do not need to take a step back and chill out.

So, I have decided to post a few of the editorial cartoons that I have found amusing in the last few days. Most of them may be conservative in nature, but I may include some liberal artists as well. Let me know what you think and who knows, we may start a weekly feature.

For starters, here are two each from Bob Gorrell and Chip Bok and let’s all remember that a laugh is good for the soul and body.

That’s not a bad idea, Dominique. I may just take you up on that or a variation of it.

Seriously though, I thought it would be a nice change from all of the hard topics I write about most of the time. I am going to try to find some decent cartoons from the liberal perspective and use them as well. Spice it up a little.

  3. I enjoy these cartoons. My family get’s WORLD magazine, and I always go straight to the political cartoon section. I look forward to seeing more!
