You and I decide whom we will support
Reading through some of the comments on the guest blogs for Vertical Day, I am very disturbed. There are some people who try to tell us we should support a candidate who has a chance to win. The way I look at it, we should make that decision on how the candidate stands on the issues and how he communicates those stands, along with his track record. I think Mike Huckabee has a good chance of winning because of his connection to the regular folks in America. This is contrary to the popular belief of the mainstream media and others, who say Fred Thompson or Mitt Romney are the true conservatives. No thank you, very much. I support Mike and I will not apologize for that, no matter how much of an underdog he may seem to be. If Mike Huckabee does not win the Republican nomination, it should not be because we deserted him when told he didn’t stand a chance.
