Who says John McCain made a bad choice in Sarah Palin?
I don’t normally post cartoons on my blog, but I ran across one this evening that had me rolling in the floor. Some people, from both political parties, have questioned John McCain’s wisdom in selecting Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate. This cartoon, from McClatchy, suggests John McCain may have really known what he was doing, despite all the critics. See what you think.
It sort of looks like the Obama campaign didn’t see this one coming at all.
That’s my take!
Larry

That cartoon is hilarious and seems to be quite accurate. BTW, the link to McClatchy is broken.
Thanks, Ron for pointing that out. I have the correct link now.
Yes, I really had a good chuckle over that one.
He made a good choice, but for the wrong purpose. His choice, if it was in fact his, was made for the next two months, not for the future of this country. I have lost all respect for John McCain. And, if the polls are correct, I have lost faith in this country. This is no way to regain our standing in the world. What an embarassment.
Explain why you have lost respect for John McCain and why you have lost faith in our country.
Also, why do you try to allude to the possibility that McCain did not choose Sarah Palin for VP, that someone else made the choice? Give me your reasons for making that statement.
