February 9, 2008 by LD Jackson · Leave a Comment

The results of the Washington Republican caucuses are starting to trickle in, slowly but surely.  The inital results show McCain with 26.6% and Huckabee with 25.9%.  This is with 16% of the results counted.  You can go to the website below for the results or check back here for updates.

UPDATE:  The website below is not refreshing, but you can get the results at CNN as well. With 37% of the precincts reporting, Huckabee leads McCain 27% to 23%.

Huckabee is doing great! Paul and McCain are close in Washington… wouldn’t it be great if Paul overtook McCain for second? I would love to see how the “talking heads” would spin that!

    Tam,
I actually would like to see Paul overtake McCain myself. You know I don’t agree with some of Ron Paul’s ideas, but one thing I do believe. He can be trusted. That is a whole lot more than you can say for the other candidates, outside of Huckabee.
