Thanks for the plug, Larry.

Granny T,
A Democratic Vice President once declared, "the vice presidency isn't worth a pitcher of warm piss." Although a little disturbing to think about, the man was right.

Mike Huckabee or any other man of good moral character would have absolutely ZERO influence over John McCain. It would be nothing more than a sad gimmick to get you to vote for him. Sad because it may actually work.

John McCain, a man who cheated on his wife, said abortion was necessary, supports amnesty for illegal aliens, opposes constitutional amendments for the defense of marriage and the right to life, supported the unconstitutional campaign finance reform law would be the President and the person who nominates judges.

Mike Huckabee or any VP would have absolutely no say in the matter.

Do you want someone with a history of caving in to Democrats to be the person nominating judges to the Supreme Court?

Granny T, I'm sure you're smarter than that. Invest your vote in a 3rd party candidate.

Larry,
You and I usually agree on things. This election is going to be hard for me to make a decision, too. After finding a candidate that scored 100% with me on at least 1 voter's match quiz; it will be hard to ever settle for the "lesser of 2 evils" again. I have researched Barr and he lost any chance of winning my vote when he changed his views on DOMA. He has made it part of his platform to repeal it; which means homosexual marriages in MA or CA would have to be honored in states even if they have marriage amendments. No thank you! Although, he will probably win many Log Cabin Republicans' votes.

Whether or not I vote for McCain, depends on who he chooses as his VP running mate. If he chooses Mike Huckabee, I will enthusiastically vote for him and try to persuade others to do the same. If he chooses another very consistent moral values VP; I'll probably put up a yard sign and vote for him. If he chooses Romney or any other candidate with a liberal moral values record; only God knows what I'll do. Because, I sure don'!
