Just so you know, Huckabee is staying in the race

After Mitt Romney’s concession speech yesterday, there has been a lot of pressure on Mike Huckabee to drop out of the race for the nomination.  For the good of the country and all that.  Well, let me say, now is not the time for Huckabee to be dropping out.  He is in this race for an entirely different purpose than that of Romney and some of the other candidates.  Mike Huckabee is committed to running for President and if elected, to being the best President he can possibly be, for the people of this country and not just for the Republican party.

I would suppose he doesn’t even know my little blog even exists, but if he were to read it, I would want him to know this.  He does not need to drop out of the race for President.  He has given too much hope to far too many people for him to give up now.  We have been given a chance to fight for and to vote for possibly the best Presidential candidate in our lifetime.  As long as he is still fighting, we will be fighting at his side.

That’s my take!

The governor of Texas contacted Huckabee and asked him to leave the race. How dare he attempt to take the choice of the people away.

Go Mike! and thank you Kansas!

    Kerry,
I think it is funny, in a strange sort of way. Huckabee keeps getting told to stop/drop out/shut up and he just keeps plugging away. They really don’t have a clue about him, I don’t believe.

Speaking of Kansas, did you realize Huckabee carried every county? That is amazing.

Go Huckabee! I may be only a ‘young twerp’ but I know what I want and it isn’t McCain. If I’m not voting for him, I’m not voting so he’d better stay in the race.
