Battleground California
If you have been paying attention to the news this week, you will have noticed the battle that is taking place over the definition of marriage. It seems that we have a group of judges who have decided to take matters into their own hands and are trying to shove homosexual marriage down our throats, notwithstanding the fact that they are shouldn’t be legislating from the bench.
Now what does the battle over marriage in California have to do with us, out here in Oklahoma or anywhere else in the country? I will defer to Brian Snow, over at Popular Huck. He has a very good article about this very topic and because he lives in California, he is right in the middle of the battle. Take a look at his post and see if you don’t agree, we need to draw a line in the sand. Here is the link to his article.

the POPULAR HUCK blog site regarding the drive for a California Marriage Amendment. I had read previously of the pro-homosexual marriage ruling of the California Supreme Court by a 4-3 vote. I had even signed a pro traditional marriage petition. And I had previously saw, read, clipped and filed from a recent issue of The Washington Times National Weekly Edition the powerful article by Dennis Prager.

I have decided to mail a modest donation to give a little financial help in this battle. It is certain that the homosexual forces and their supporters will raise huge sums of money to promote their agenda. It seems that the forces of evil, promiscuity and death always have and raise large sums of money for their causes. I only hope that a large number of persons concerned about marriage, morality, culture, genuine Christianity and political freedom will join this battle now with time, talents, energy and money.
