There are at least ten reasons to not vote for Obama, that do not include his lack of judgement in choosing Wright as a pastor:  

1)Obama refuses to speak to reporters/walks out of conferences. He is not a transparent politician.   

2)He was involved with Tony Rezko, who was indicted for influence peddling and is a corrupting influence in Illinois politics.   

3)Tony Rezko got millions of dollars from the government to create affordable housing in Obama’s district, now 11 of the buildings he was supposed to fix are boarded-up and are unlivable.   

4)Obama voted “present” hundreds of times instead of taking a stand because he did not want to offend contributors, like Robert Blackwell, who Obama helped obtain state grants for.   

5)Obama chose as his mentor Bill Ayers and Dohrn, who are terrorists who detonated bombs on US territory and they helped him start his career.   

6)Obama lied about filling out a questionnaire that details his stand on many important issues like abortion, the death penalty and gun control. It has his handwriting but he said a staffer filled it out. Obama also lied about the Kennedy family helping his father.

7)Obama also has acknowledged that he “voted by mistake” many times?!   

8)Obama made a statement that said his grandmother is “a typical white person” who has a “reaction bred” into her when she sees someone she does not know.   

9)Obama made a statement that small-town Americans are bitter and cling to guns, religion, and anti-trade sentiment.

10)Obama lies about the Clinton economic boom, if you go to FactCheck.org, you will see that Clinton is credited for passing the 1993 budget that helped create the boom of the 1990s.

Speaking of murder, remember when Scott Peterson was being charged with killing his wife, Laci? Some people were very quick to want to charge him with two murders, those of Laci and her unborn child. I would lay you odds that some of those people would probably argue that abortion isn’t murder. It’s the height of irony or contradiction or both.

Paul Zappa – facts are not baloney. And, you should be ashamed to be a Christian if you support a “woman’s right to choose” … that sounds so nice when you put it that way. How about losing that baloney and calling it what it is … murder.

Obama’s active fight against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act is very frightening. If you bothered to click the link Larry provided about that, you would know that.

Call it what you will, but his record of not protecting unborn children and wanting to refuse medical care to those children who survive abortion is not Baloney, it is plain, simple fact. As for a woman’s right to choose, except in cases of rape, they chose to get pregnant. Those babies can’t speak for themselves and if people such as Barack Obama have their way, no one else can speak for them either.

I am not trying to find an excuse to vote for someone else. Voting for Obama is simply not an option for me. His record speaks for itself. Did I vote for Bush? Yes, I did. Who was I supposed to vote for, Al Gore or John Kerry? I think not.

Baloney!! And I believe you know it. Both Senator Obama’s support for women’s right to choose and his handling of the Reverend Wright situation is exemplary. When I read such tripe as in your site I am ashamed of being both white and christian.
You have a right to your opinion,OK. But do not try to find excuses to vote for someone else. My guess is that you voted for Bush twice and have put the country in more danger than most of us have ever known. “Let him without sin cast the first stone”

You can add one other thing to Obama’s (growing) list. In my post for this coming Saturday I have a post about Obama’s , Global Poverty Act bill which will add a burden of $845 million to the American people as well as surrender some of our sovereignty to the U.N!

It is coming up for a debate in the next week or so, so there is an opportunity for us to cut it off at the pass by writing letters/emails.

Also, I just read a pretty in-depth article on his wife, Michelle, and her graduate thesis. Jeepers. You would think white people have koodies or something the way she talked in her paper. She was all concerned about being assimilated into “whiteness.”

I just don’t get that. I thought we were Americans first and foremost.
